In part one of this two-part series, we unpacked what influence is at its very core and why it's perhaps the #1 useful skill of the 21st century. So now we understand the fundamentals, how can we successfully execute the art and science of influence?

Performing influence is like walking a tightrope - delicate and careful work. A true balancing act of multiple components and just one false step can see you taking a fall face-first and having to start all over again.

So how do we influence the behaviour of the people around us to make changes that we cannot yet directly make ourselves?

How do we influence the decisions of our managers and our team members without being manipulative?

And perhaps most importantly, how can we do all of this while building relationships with other key people of influence?

In part two, you will discover:

  • Daily exercises to build (and rebuild!) your influencer skills in today's ever-changing environment
  • The assessment criteria that determines how and when to influence for success
  • Proven and practical strategies to find your voice and perform influence in your work and life.

At the end of the presentation, you are invited to join Lindsey for a 30-minute meet-the-speaker session.
