The pandemic, new technology, a changing future of work and impacts of climate change have served to accelerate change cycles. In this environment, organisations need to be strategically nimble.  How can organisations adapt or transform to keep ahead of disruptive change – now coming from many angles in ever less predictable ways?

Join our speaker, David Platt who will provide an overview of the reality of disruptive change and what that means for change management when adopting a ‘change ahead of change’ approach.

David will address a leader’s role (at any level) in leading change management in 2023 and beyond. He will provide and introduction to the framework and methodology, Strategy in Action (SiA) for fostering change ahead of change and explore the six (6) pillars of the change pathway that are critical to enabling change ahead of change.
