This webinar is part of the YEA CPD Series - Professional Skills Series.

In today’s environment, so many people are expected to lead and manage change without having the luxury of a specialist change resource, or a solid foundation of change management practices and principles. In this webinar, Natasha Redman, will cover the foundational aspects of change management, as well as provide participants with some tools and techniques they can use straight away. The presentation will also provide case studies of successful change programs and participants will also receive an e-booklet summarising information covered in the presentation.

In this presentation, you will learn:

  • What is change management
  • Why is it important
  • What does good change management look like
  • What are some good change management tools to add to my toolkit
  • Which change certifications are worth doing
  • Where you can find the best resources to learn more about change.

At the end of the presentation, you are invited to join Natasha in a 30-minute meet the speaker session.

About the speaker

Natasha Redman, Founder and Principal Consultant, Casa de Cambio

Natasha Redman is a leading change management specialist, a Kath and Kim superfan and a passionate agile enthusiast. She has worked across a range of industries and technologies and with many of Australia’s favourite corporates.

With a strong background in change leadership, she founded Casa De Cambio (Spanish for ‘House of Change’) in 2019 because she saw a real need for sustainable change.

Natasha’s strong mentoring background has led to multiple opportunities to build change capability within large organisations. She is often sought out to coach leaders and companies on how to implement change well and demonstrate what good looks like and build tailored tools and methodologies to meet their needs.

Natasha’s passion for all things change led to her creating and hosting a successful podcast (also called Casa de Cambio!) about change, technology, innovation and leadership.
