As part of our YEA CPD series, we will explore how to set-up and present a pitch using a story structure, voice and body language. Dispel the notion that only confident extroverts can present well.

In this one-hour webinar, we will cover:

  • Setting up a pitch like a story – identifying the hook, narrative structure and the ‘gift’ at the end
  • Using your voice and body language to greatest effect
  • Tips and tricks for owning the room

In this session designed for early-career engineers, we focus in on another critical business acumen skillset - pitching. Attend this webinar to gain insight into how you can step up your oral communication skills to be able to articulate what you do and your ideas in order to win over prospective and current clients.

This webinar is delivered by practicing engineer Stephen Logan who will draw on his extensive experience in delivering design pitches and new ideas in a variety of real-world engineering contexts. Stephen dispels the notion that only confident extroverts can present well.
